Maternity portraiture information and pricing guide

This guide aims to provide you with detailed information on maternity session options and associated pricing so you can make an informed decision. I know you had unlimited options when it came to choosing a photographer suited to your needs, so it means the world that you considered Sarah Scott Photography to capture one of the most joyous times in your lives.

Session fee
To secure your session with Sarah Scott Photography, a $200 session fee is due upon booking. Your session fee covers your studio session and pre/post session consultation via email or phone as required.
Your session fee is a separate payment to your digital collection and does not include any images, printed or digital. The session fee and digital collections are GST inclusive. Please note, if requesting a session to be held on a weekend, an additional $100 fee will apply.
Maternity session discount
$200 Session fee waived!
Book both a maternity and newborn session with Sarah Scott Photography and your maternity session fee will be waived.

Styling your session
Once your session is booked in, I am here to help you every step of the way! I am more than happy to discuss styling options for yourself and any other family members attending your maternity session, either over the phone or by email.
Album add on
Preserve your memories with a gorgeous 16 page flush mount album. Your choice of hard or leatherette cover, thick pages, and name down spine.

Planning for your maternity session
Scheduling
As its best to schedule your maternity session between 32 and 36 weeks, I recommend that you contact me during your second trimester. We can then schedule in a date that suits us both.
Payment
A session fee is due upon booking your session. Your chosen digital collection package is due on the day of your session. You'll receive an invoice for both payments. Additional digital images and/or products can be ordered and paid for after your session date.
What to bring
- Your outfits. I recommend to bring several options if possible. Please ensure to bring appropriate underwear for each outfit.
- Make up if needed for touch ups.
