Baby portraiture information and pricing guide

This guide aims to provide you with detailed information on the different types of baby/sitter sessions offered and associated pricing so you can make an informed decision. Session fee
To secure your baby milestone session with Sarah Scott Photography, a $200 session fee is due upon booking. Your session fee covers your studio session, full use of the studio wardrobe and props, and pre/post session consultation via email or phone as required.
Your session fee is a separate payment to your digital collection and does not include any images, printed or digital. The session fee and digital collections are GST inclusive. Please note, if requesting a session to be held on a weekend, an additional $100 fee will apply.
Baby milestone session discount
$200 Session fee waived!
Book a newborn session with Sarah Scott Photography (After March 2023) and waive the session fee for your 6 month and/or 12 month baby milestone session, valued at $200 per session. Valid for 12 months from your newborn session date.

Styling your session
I have an extensive studio wardrobe of outfits to fit babies aged approximately 3-18 months. I source my props from all over the world and I am constantly adding to my collection every month to stay in fashion and current. My baby sessions are simple in styling, ensuring that your little one is the main focus of every single image.
Album add on
Preserve your memories with a gorgeous 16 page flush mount album. Your choice of hard or leatherette cover, thick pages, and name down spine.

Planning for your baby session
Scheduling
As I can be booked out up to 3 months in advance, I recommend making contact to plan for milestone sessions ahead of time. Sitter sessions are best scheduled for when baby is sitting unaided, but not yet crawling (usually around 6 months old).
Payment
A session fee is due upon booking your session. Your chosen digital collection package is due on the day of your session. You'll receive an invoice for both payments. Additional digital images and/or products can be ordered and paid for after your session date.
